Dissatisfied With Your Item
If you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased from us, we can refund it for you under the following terms:
It must be within 30 days from the date of the sale.
2. Items must be shrink-wrapped.
3. Items must be in "like-new" condition without any damage to the item.
To arrange for a refund, simply call us at 1-888-370-1368. We will need your first and last name, along with the date of your purchase. You will arrange to mail the items back to us at your own expense. When those items are received and found to be in "like new" condition, your purchase will be refunded by check.
Defective or Mislabeled Items
If an item you purchase from us is defective or mislabeled, simply call us at 1-888-370-1368, and we will help you make arrangements to obtain a new item.
