The number 10 signifies several things. Maybe one of things it signifies to you is how fast you can drive over the speed limit without getting a ticket. Yet to others it means a special 10th anniversary, or how many glasses of water they need to drink every day or even, the 10 Commandments. The importance of each of these is significant, yet the 10 Commandments bear far more weight. Do you think you’ve kept them? Here's a quick test to see. Have you ever lied, stolen, or used God’s name in vain? If so, you’ve broken God’s Law, the 10 Commandments, and you've sinned against Him. The Bible says, “It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” On Judgment Day, you will stand before God as a lying, blasphemous thief and because of your sin, you will end up in hell. Although this is tragic, there's good news. The Bible says, “God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.” After Jesus Christ-God in the flesh-was crucified for the sins of the ungodly, He rose from the grave on the third day forever defeating death. If you will repent (turn from your sins) and put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, He will forgive your sins, save you from hell and grant you the free gift of eternal life.
